Pokémon Scarlett and Violet will go to the switch in late 2022. Pokémon promises an “open world adventure”.

Pokémon fans do not need to wait long to run the next game in their favorite game series. On Sunday morning, Pokémon unveiled two major new titles, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and said it expects them to be released in late 2022. Based on the recently released Pokémon Legends: Arceus game, Game Freak developer said that these games offer a game. “Open world adventure” for players to discover.

Judging by the teaser shared by the studio, players can expect to discover a mix of pastoral countryside and bustling cityscapes. You will see three new starters at the end of the clip. From left to right, they are Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly. As you might expect, all three look adorable and you may have trouble choosing one. I know I will.

While fans are waiting for Scarlet and Violet, they can look forward to the new “Daybreak” update for Pokémon Legends: Arceus. This update, available for download today, adds a new quest for players to complete and additional opportunities to battle the legendary Pokémon. Oh, and a new anime based on the Hisui area game will be released later this year.
